Payment for your treatment is due at time of service. We accept most PPO plans, and we ask that you contact our office with your insurance information prior to your appointment and that you bring your insurance card with you to your visit. Our team will file your claim on your behalf and will work with your insurance company to resolve any issues. We can also review your policy to help you make the best use of your benefits and can provide you with an estimated cost of your care.

If you do not have dental insurance or need to meet costs not covered by your policy, we can also accept:

If dental insurance is not an option for you, consider financing the cost of your care through CareCredit®. This company may be able to offer you low or even no interest rates, depending on your situation. You can follow the link below for more information and to fill out an application. You will be notified almost immediately if you have been approved and you can begin using CareCredit right away.

We also offer a senior discount for patients age 60 and older who do not have dental insurance. These patients are eligible for a 10% discount. Please ask about this option when you contact our office. The discount does not apply for patients using CareCredit.
